In December 1999, Quez began working in his home studio along with his younger brother Nando and has completed work on over 100 projects, including solo projects, collaborations, and song writing for various artists. His music can be classified as hip-hop, but Quez prefers to call his style “Ghetto Gospel” as it is all based on real-life situations surrounding the lost souls of this world and and is intended to project a different picture for the world to see.The latest of Quez’s projects includes Thru My Eyez, which includes appearances by E.D.I. of 2Pac's Legendary Outlawz and up-and-coming artists out of Atlanta, including Kaane of Pro-Team Records (P.T.R.), Fire Red and others. The album is set to be released in the first quarter of 2008.If the Streetz Could Talk, hosted by Stix Malone, on-air disc jockey of Atlanta radio’s Hot 107.9 FM, is the most recent of Quez’s mixtapes and will be released in December 2007. This mixtape primarily showcases Quez and includes appearances from E.D.I, Backwoodz Slick, Kaane, Nando, and others. Quez also released 2,000 copies of his Season Highlights Official Mixtape in 2004. This mixtape featured Quez and members of his Q.P (Qurious Productions) family. Additionally in 2007, Quez contributed songs to a completed compilation of works by major and independent artists that is presented by New Jersey Thug Life Affiliate Hittman da Menace of Hardtime Entertainment and The Hardtimerz. The compilation will be distributed through INGROOVES and sold nationwide on iTunes, CD Baby, and other affiliated websites. Also Quez will appear on a soon to be released album by D.J Kahlid of The Terror Squad alongside Cash Cola and Will Louch of Detroit. The album will be distributed nationwide. Quez is one-half of music production company Qurious Productions, who has been manufacturing his CDs since 2000. He has also worked with World-renown producer/engineer Chris Starr and engineer Ricky Bates.
