About Me

I’m one of the Co-Founders, Publishers and the Editor of “Locally Whipped" Magazine. Our magazine is one of the funkiest, freshest and just generally incomparable magazines in SA! To put it into perspective, we have published a completely new and innovative lifestyle magazine in South Africa that covers all that is essential in the common young-adults of South Africa - ALTERNATIVE SPORTS * MUSIC * SOCIAL LIFESTYLEI’m always out partying it up large with my group of mates (I'm usually the loud blind-drunk guy!). I’m the foolhardy type and I'm into almost all alternative sports. I ride Motocross on the weekends and because of the magazine I get to try out a shit load more than your average guy when it comes to alternatives sports.Right now working with our magazine takes up most of my time, but it’s not all boring tedious work. Because we cover such awesome topics I’m always working in these awesome environments where I get to work and play at the same time... well, sort of. Yeah ok, working in this industry is great and can be very rewarding... Hell, who would complain partying at clubs, watching alternative sports, listening to great SA music and of course working with some of the hottest SA models. So when you get the chance go get a copy of LOCALLY WHIPPED MAGAZINE!

My Interests

Partying, partying, partying! I'm out often and I’m a nut for alternative sports, so anything that involves adrenalin, good times and good friends is great.

I'd like to meet:

Any fascinating people! The different crazy types with a sense of humour and something interesting to offer. Pretty much anyone that would read our magazine would be interesting! Ha, ha. No but seriously, I mean that!

Music:

Hip-Hop, Rock, Alternative, Dance... anything goes as long as it's good and makes me wanna get up and jam. I’m an avid supporter of South African muso's as well! Show SA music some love people!

Movies:

With so many it’s hard to say, but those that come to mind now would be 300 (Best!), Snatch, The Rundown, Jackass, Anchorman, Old School...

Television:

When I get the opportunity I'll watch Dexter, Prison Break, My Name's Earl, Lost, 24, 2DTV... preferably comedies.

Books:

Sad to say, but I'm supposed to be the Editor for "Locally Whipped Magazine", and I haven't read many books! Go figure.

Heroes:

There is only one… but that’s between him and me.
