About Me

I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
I am in Seattle at Seattle University working on a Master's program in Student Development Administration, off to embark on a career in the exciting world of college administration. I also have a graduate assistantship working at the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Seattle University. My official title is Instructional Research Associate--WOW!
And now for QUOTES:
Después de ti, la pared,
No me faltes nunca
Debajo, el asfalto
Y más abajo estaría yo...
...sin ti
--Shakira, "La Pared"
"Later that day I got to thinking about relationships. There are those that open you up to something new and exotic, those that are old and familiar, those that bring up lots of questions, those that bring you somewhere unexpected, those that bring you far from where you started, and those that bring you back. But the most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you can find someone to love the you you love, well, that's just fabulous."
-- Carrie, final episode of Sex & the City

You Are Most Like Carrie!
You're quirky, flirty, and every guy's perfect first date.
But can the guy in question live up to your romantic ideal?
It's tough for you to find the right match - you're more than a little picky.
Never fear... You've got a great group of friends and a
great closet of clothes, no matter what!
Romantic prediction: You'll fall for someone this year...
Totally different from any guy you've dated. Which Sex and the City Vixen Are You?
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
-- Dr. Seuss
"Under our constitutional system, courts stand against any winds that blow as havens of refuge for those who might otherwise suffer because they are helpless, weak, outnumbered, or because they are nonconforming victims of prejudice and public excitement."
-- U.S. Supreme Court Justice Hugo L. Black

I'd like to meet:

On Myspace, I like keeping in touch with friends, old and new, and reconnecting with those with whom I've lost contact. I also don't mind meeting new people, especially cool people with whom I might have something in common.
Send me a message if you'd like to chat online. I have a screenname on AIM, Yahoo, and MSN messengers.
In general...
Tori Amos for sure. I'd like to meet a lot of recording artists, but Tori Amos has become my piano goddess. Other than that, I suppose I'd be happy to meet just about anyone, especially if they are cool and are making amazing differences in the world. I wouldn't want to simply meet a celebrity for the joy of meeting a celebrity. I want to meet people who I admire, particularly people who have done amazing things.
ALSO:

Music:

Tori Amos (and more)

Movies:

10 Things I Hate About You, Broken Hearts Club, Keeping the Faith, Lord of the Rings, X-Men (1,2,3), Trick, Cars
