About Me

[my website needs serious updating: www.gummistudio.com ]
I'm clumsy yet have great balance. I speak with a French accent yet my English is bit above average. I swear a lot, (not all the time) but when I do I embarrass parents of kids whose ears happen to be close by. I talk a lot too, and when I do I start "branching out", talking about totally unrelated subjects. I eventually come back to the point of origin of the conversation, unfortunately for my interlocutor at this point I've lost them. I have funny and entertaining stories, mostly about how so often I do seem to find myself in situations that are either degrading or somewhat uncomfortable. I laugh about it. I'm Colombian ... and Swiss. I boarded a plane to Seattle in 97 and here I am. I love my family, I miss both my sisters, one is in Switzerland the other in San Francisco. Art's a huge part of my life. Love going to art openings, museums, etc. I can't seem to write full sentences on MySpace, who does anyway? Does that reflect badly on my ability to write "GOOD"?...

My Interests

swiss cheese (aaaah, Swiss fondue), visual communication, art and design in all their various forms, skateboarding, snowboarding, football (soccer), football (non soccer), billiard (or pool),going to art shows, museums, any sort of interesting exhibits, trying not to go crazy over cross platform web design related issues. I'm also a huge fan of my modern dancer mom, Martha Graham style rocks babay! She's a teacher at UW and has her own dance company, check out the website: www.nextstagedance.org
