Writing, politics, my kids, reading, really bad games of golf and nicorette. Working in film. Did I mention writing?
Still like to meet Bill and Hill Clinton. Everyone else has, and I got so close chasing him with the rest of the press-gaggle in South Illinois after the Lewinsky thing. Also like to meet Howard Dean and George Soros. Put Clarence Page and the full staff of the NY Times Op Ed section on the list too. I've already met Barack Obama - nice guy, but he lost the congressional race right before he won the Senate.

Hardcore LA punk from 70s and early 80s, Black Flag, X, The Germs, the Avengers (yeah, San Fran, sorry) and of course, The Ramones. Whole lot more, but I don't have space. I also like opera and quite a bit of classical, along with jazz and blues. Yes, I like Johnny Cash and Hank Williams the elder.
Hate/love any of George Romero's living dead flicks. Love Michael Moore's stuff, Matrix series, "All the President's Men" and anything by Robert Greenwald.
Keith Olbermann is must-see-tv, also C-Span and CNN. I'll also watch Sci-Fi and AMC movies, SNL. Die-hard fan of "The Daily Show" dating back to the Craig Kilborn days, and love "The Colbert Report." Also love "Frontline."
Reading a compendium of philosophy now, actually liked Chris Matthew's "Hardball" -- "Live from New York" about SNL, Will Martin's "With God on Our Side" and Eric Alterman's "What Liberal Media" -- are you kidding? I've got a library at home -- which book do you want? Reading "Best and the Brightest" right now.
Ed Murrow, Walter Cronkite (who I've met), Peter Jennings, Abe Lincoln, JFK, FDR, Barrack Obama, Randy Rhoades, etc. Pete Jennings was also a great role model in many ways, and so is Olbermann.
