And the wind howls in the suburbs of eastern nowheres
The Voltas is five guys from the harsh and rainy streets of eastern Finland. They are a combination of fairly different characters with different personalities, but they share the same ambition. They plan to be the biggest rock band of the universum. Together they are one person but who really are these five modern day heroes behind the curtains, separately?
Jan, the lead guitarist, is a son of a priest and the black sheep of the family.He has spent one year homeless living at the training premises and other peoples corners. During that time he composed many touching songs including smashing Only When We´re Breaking. This lad is the artistical primusmotor of the band.
Thomas plays the rhythm guitar.He´s a total opposite of Jan as a musician and a person too.Whereas Jan has been a streetboy, Thomas has always given high score to familylife. He is very fond of housekeeping chores and having that pint of beer at the local pub everysecond Saturday. He´s the real gentleman of the band.
Bassplayer Mougli is the current poste restante boy of the band. He had lived whole his life in a very tiny village but after he joined the lads he packed his rucksack and moved to the city.The only problem with this is homelessness, but Mougli doesn´t worry too much and he always finds a bed to sleep beside a beautiful senorita or two
Kaapo is the singer and the real blonde in the band. This rascal loves his microphone and wild nightlife.He tries to change his bad habits fourteen times a year but he never really succeeds. He also likes shopping and buying different cool clothes which usually include a pair of tight jeans,Converse shoes and a tight leather jacket.A traditional rock star personality with tiny ego.His favourite movies are Kid´s Are Allright by The Who which he watches every morning before he goes to bed.
