Liver Pool is an alternative hard rock band from Helsinki, Finland. It combines influences from late 90's and early 00's indie pop and alternative mixed with classic hard rock groove and progressive elements to create tunes which at the same time sound mainstreamly catchy but a little bit off to the side. Although the influence of several well-known bands has been noted to leak through the music of Liver Pool, you can't really say that they sound like anyone else but themselves. Liver Pool's origins are clouded in the mists of time, but the current lineup can be traced back to the whereabouts of February 2007.
Currently Liver Pool is working hard to get more gigs and promoting itself through constantly surfacing new demo songs; you can listen to the new stuff online, as soon as we get it into some shape. Come see us live or listen to one of our tracks here on MySpace to get on the boogie!
