I'd like to meet:
I don't really have anyone in particular that I want to meet. I would like to make it to heaven though so I can be with the creator.
Music:
I love love songs and r&b. I like jazz and old school. Every now and then I like to listen to hip hop and hear a good beat or two. I don't like all that nonsense music out now. I mean anybody could make a hit record today. I might make a single myself. If you can create a new dance craze every week, talk about some chicken noodle soup, and make hits off nursery rhymes....I am sure I could produce something that is sure to make a couple thousand. Maybe I am in the wrong profession...
Movies:
Love stories, comedy. My favorite movie still today is Love and Basketball!
Television:
I love my re-runs: Fresh Prince, Cosby, A Different World. I also like the Bernie Mac show and My Wife and Kids.
Books:
I don't have a favorite...I love to read though. I don't get to really enjoy a book until the summer when I have the time. I don't like to start books and have to put them down for days at a time. I like self help books and motivational reading. I will say that one book that impacted me in college was "In the Meantime" by Iyanla Vanzant. If you are in between relationships or even if you are in one, that is an awesome book.
Heroes:
I am fascinated by the life of Jesus Christ. I try to live my life by his example. It is amazing how humble and powerful he was. I also admire those who live their lives after him. I enjoy watching people who give to others, humanitarians and philanthropists. I myself strive to be a giver and one day a philanthropist. I also admire those who work hard to succeed in life.
