I'd like to meet:
I have already had the pleasure of meeting my ultimate hero, Jane Goodall, when I was in fourth grade. I was the only nerdy elementary kid begging her Mom to get tickets to the Houston Zoo lecture. This is why my childhood was better than yours.But I would definitely also like to meet all those MySpace hotties who send me messages like "ur/your so hawt baybee!". Nothing turns me on more than a man with a complete lack of grammatical skills and the hope that such a generic message will win him some sort of attention.

Movies:
ever after because i am a girl, amelie is my favorite, robin hood: men in tights made me first fall in love with cary elwes, the princess bride further confirmed this love, dangerous beauty made me wish i was a badass cortesan, breakfast at tiffany's is infinitely quotable, but not in the way most movies are, beauty and the beast because i am five, 10 things i hate about you is arguably the best teen movie ever, nicholas nickelby makes me wish i was anne hathaway so i could make out with charlie hunnam, strictly ballroom and above all- the horrible, cringe-inducing movies made by rebecca and myself at age 12
Television:
i do not have a fully functional television, and no, this does not make me sad.
Books:
the exodus, the lord of the rings (i embrace my nerdiness but draw the line long before speaking elvish) harry potter (embrace your inner nerdy child. they long to be loved), pride and prejudice, my nerdy tamora pierce books, the curious incident of the dog in the nighttime (picked up randomly in the airport and came to be love), this lullaby (classic me), me talk pretty one day, the persian boy (thank you nen!), fahrenheit 451, hug!, and the many lives and secret sorrows of josephine b (what can i say, i love historical fiction. almost as much as i love parenthesis)
Heroes:
jane goodall for her chimpanzees and dedication;
sydney bristow because she is one kick-ass chick;
audrey hepburn for her grace and talent;
lucy for being, well, lucy;
gilda radner for her wicked talent and possession of gene wilder;
alexander the great for being the sexiest and most extraordinary person to ever exist;
alanna of trebond for being the inspiration for my young life;
rebecca anne pavlik for being my bestie for life;
and jessica rabbit for not being able to help that she was drawn like that
