Zdravo!

About Me

I was Born in 1966 on a Tigua Indian Reservation near El Paso Texas. My great Grandfather migrated to North Amerika from Inverness, Scotland. I grew up mostly in Texas but have lived many places throughout the U.S. and including Canada. Music has always been a large part of my life. I remember as a young child dancing in front of the TV to the Ed Sullivan or American Bandstand shows. Then came Don Kirshner's Rock Concert show among others. The Beatles were probably the first biggest influence on me as a child. Then came The Who, Styx, Aerosmith, Rush, Pink Floyd, etc. Very special mention to Hawkwind, Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, Eno, Cluster, Vangelis and Klaus Schulze. They have all influenced me in one way or another.Drums and Percussion were the first things i learned the basics of in School. There are certain Drummers who have taught me many things and still do. Among the favorites are: Barrimore barlow (Jethro Tull). Neil Peart (Rush). Terry Bozzio (Frank Zappa, Missing Persons). Simon Philips (Session Drummer, Judas Priest, The Who). John Panozzo (Styx).Former Projects i have been involved with include: London Flyer, Mr. Geno's, Eclipse, NEXXT, Fragile, Liquid Sun. Most recent projects: The Great Transatlantic Sister Exchange -A Project between friends in Georgia, Sweden, Canada and me in Texas at the time. Les Petit Castors -Lena and Blacky (Voivod) from Montreal and me in Dallas, Texas. Kulawind came into existence in 2001 after the breakup of Liquid Sun, although not in its present name.In 2004, i moved to Zagreb, Croatia where i live and continue to work on new material.
