Can it even count as a hip-hop record?"

â€The shivers down the spine won’t stop when the opening instrumental track “Introduction†starts. For a while it feels like I´ve lost my breath. Then I realize that it’s simply the chock of having just taken part of the best Swedish instrumental track in years. At its centre, a laid-back, emotional melodic phrase from an electric piano, closely surrounded by the backing of a bass, a well-oiled drum-machinery, and floating, dreamlike singing from guest-starring Merit Hemmingson. This tight, captivating, mysterious and organic soundscape then continues to surround the rest of the four tracks of the 13-minute-long Flyphonic EP â€Mosaic Tiles EPâ€, that serves as a sort of appetizer of the production team´s current sound in the wait for the forthcoming album “Mosaic†(that will be released this fall). Concise and delightful from Sundsvall-bound Arka & Erik L, who refuse to disappoint us. And for that we thank them!â€
