Cimaï was born in 1978 in Lille (FR). He started to mix at the age of 18 influenced by DJs like DJ Sneak, Derrick Carter, Mark farina…. or even the ones from Belgium like Raoul Belmans, Geoffroy, Johan… He took part in a DJ contest at the H2O Club in 2000 which he won. He becomes resident DJ with his friend Johan on saturdays (after hours). His own particular style taking from technique and state of the art funky house musical selection attracts hundred of clubbers each week-end. From then on, Cimaï became one of the most promising DJ’s of his generation playing with guests such as Brett Johnson, Raoul Belmans, Jason Hodges, Phil Weeks, Lance Desardi, DJ Colette, Justin Long, Joshua, Gene Farris, East Cost Boogiemen, Lawnchair Generals, Hipp-E, Jacob London, Inland Knights, Massimo Dacosta, Dizzy, Olivier Desmet, Dj Mes, Miss Honey Dijon and many more… Cimaï also occured as guest star in famous clubs like “Café d’Anvers(Be), Catacombes(Roselaere,be), Decadance(Gand,Be), Red Light(Paris,Fr), the Club(Lille,fr), ... In 2006 he starts in the producing business. He’s a well-respect DJ with all those who have met him, DJ, and composer… His favourite house labels are Aroma, Robsoul, Adult only, Spatula, Freerange, Relief, Aj, Amenti, Classic, Guesthouse, Oomph, Good family, Om, Lowdown, Doubledown, Drop music, Dae, Oae, Peaches, Blackcherry, ...He also plays electro music since 2005. His style is influenced by artists like Mattew Jonson, Lektroluv, Anthony Rother, Sven Väth, Steve Bug, Herbert, John Tejada, Troy Pierce, Magda, ...I like this Fuckin’ music.....................
