Not being bored at work, and sitting in my local with the peeps I love the most... Bet you can't guess who!! ha ha!! I love to laugh and occcasionally make others laugh, nothing better than a giggle to make you feel good! Nothing feels better than a hug off a big man, or a squeeze off a close mate, its nice to get those silly messages telling you to bog off, or to have a shared joke that you can think about 2 years on and still giggle! Thats what life is about to me. People, and fun! If you have those two things then your already ahead of some people!
I wish I had paid more attention at school really as now I do regret not listening or partaking. I do wish I knew more about politics and economics and all the stuff that I glaze over about when it comes on the news, but I suppose I don't look at the bigger picture. As everyone else, I look after me and my family and my friends. Occasionally I will donate some money to a good cause, or look into sponsored silences and ridiculous ideas like that, but all in all, as like lots of people, I don't do a great deal for the greater good! Maybe I should set myself a goal for 2007, to do one good thing for a good cause??? What ya think? I wish I knew more about whats happening in Iraq and more about why it happened in the first place, but I suppose if I want to find out I need to start looking! Sheer laziness!!
First and Foremost - Jonny Depp - especially in Pirates - yes siree!! Also Robert Downey Junior - yummy, in Ally McBeal, with the specs and the funny ties... he definitely floated my boat. Recently saw the new film "The Holiday", Jude law in that was stunning, nice english boy with specs and a wicked streak!
Hmmm - who else.. there is the obvious men like Brad Pitt, George Clooney, however I would also LOVE to meet the likes of Dawn French and Lenny Henry, and Ricky Gervais, Lee Evans, Peter Kay, AND DAVE GORMAN who I must say had me sat open mouthed for 40 mins in complete and utter confusion, but also total hysterics.... Sooo yeah, I wanna meet everyone really..!!!
I would like to meet my grandparents - they're not around anymore, but I only ever met one. It would be nice to see them and chat about stuff!
I have brilliant friends and they make me feel fulfilled though, so if I went through my life without meeting any of the above, I think I could cope - the fit male stars would just be an added bonus!!
It has been said by myself on many occasions that singing is one of my favorite pass times, but really Im pathetic compared to a few people. The likes of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilera and Beyonce. Amazing isn't a big enough. They send me cold when they hit the notes, unbelievable.RnB, Coldplay, Sh*tty love ballads! Snow patrol, Bette midler, etc etc - the list is endless. If I can sing it, I like it!!! (I even do a mean rendition of the firestarter and I believe in a thing called love!) I have just bought two cds... City of Angels - the Goo Goo Dolls version of Iris is on it, and a song called Angels by Sarah Mclauchlin - bootifull! And also Beaches - the sound track - wind beneath my wings... As I said - sh*tty ballads that I can sing!
Love Razorlight, Arctic Monkeys and Especially Coldplay. Have seen them live a few times and they made me cry!
