About Me
who am I ? a face, different and divine. a name, that of a general, that of a child. my voice, a whisper, a mumble and yet not silent. to my parents, I am a symbol of life, a symbol of new hope. and in your eyes, I am an angel, but it is only an illusion and to myself, well, I am a lost wanderer, a confused day-dreamer, a wishful thinker. in my family, I play the silent one who’s full of things to say. as a friend, I am a listener, an idealist, an outsider. to my enemies, I’m to be avoided, to be ignored, to be brushed aside. and to those i do not know, a stranger. soon to be an acquaintance. I’m no more than a light summer breeze, a falling leaf, a stray cat. although my mind is mature, I still have much to learn. and when it involves music, I am in-love. -In twenty years, I want to be an artist, a writer. But what is ambition? sometimes I dream about the future but live life day by day. i will always remember those tasteful minutes that make it all worthwhile. those trying times have all but slipped away. others do not understand my thoughts and feelings, and this makes me want to run away. to be alone and by myself. It wears me out trying to convey my thoughts to those who do not care to those who do not understand to those who do not listen. and who am I? I am a sound that is silent... a word without letters. I am always looking, but never finding.
