Metameta's beats bang! This MC/Producer's young life has provided vast creative inspiration to draw from. Born in Poughkeepsie, New York, and raised between there, Houston, Harlem and Brooklyn, his musical style has diversity from track to track. Through his continuing travels, he has acquired soul, style and swagger, drawing inspiration from city to city, state to state, country to country. The top five producers in his opinion: Marly Marl, Rza, Premier, Isaac Hayes and Barry White, in no particular order.“Isaac and Barry—man, them dudes was more than producers, they were conductors,” Meta says. “They was conducting orchestras! I’m trying to get to that level.” After listening to Meta’s stuff, you will realize that he is definitely on some next sh!t.
