I KICK ASS!
I am a musical performance artist. I have been composing music on my laptop for three years. Prior to this I have also been a fetish model/performance artist in Dallas for the last 11 years. Most of my performances of this type occur regularly at legendary Dallas gothic hotspot "The Church" or at the annual "Disturbathon" events. In 2004 I started performing with Burlesque on the Fringe a super group which included well know burlesque/fetish darlings Angela Ryan, Athena Fatale, Jami Deadly, and Mimi Turpentine. The shows involved traditional burlesque and modern fetish interpretations featuring song, dance and the facinating art of strip-tease. In 2005 I was also a vocalist in a project called Mazinga Phaser II. Through the encouragement of Mazinga's originator Mwanza Dover, it was in this project that I started developing my live music performance skills using my laptop along with my Novation KS4 keyboard . Another event that pushed me forward musically has been my involvement with a monthly event called Laptop Deathmatch. Laptop Deathmatch inspired me to compete with other laptop performers and get serious about making fully developed personal tracks. In the last year, I have been struggling with personal and professional hardships. There have been lifestyle changes and relationship issues. Through all of this I managed to compile a body of work which musically reflects both my experiences and desires. My task now is to see where all of this can take me in the future.
