About Me

I am a hardworking mother of one. I am blessed. I work as a yoga teacher and hope to make people's lives better through the practice of yoga, on and off the mat. I keep myself busy doing Birth Doula work,my own artwork, Thai-Yoga Massage and a Certified Personal Trainer. I also like to spin reggae. I am a true ARIES- stuborn and hardworking with my hands in any project that will push me foward and allow me to continue to grow as a human being. I DO NOT LIKE TO be AROUND JUDGMENTAL PEOPLE--we are all here to live and love life. I would love to work with pro-athletes and create a yoga sequence for them to prevent injury and inhance their performance. Music is the heartbeat of my life. I love to dance until the lights come up. Creating art for someone or no one moves me, just being in the moment and creating is amazing. I want to make a difference in this world but leave a soft footprint. I am always thinking of ways to help people..and I want every child to go to bed with food in their bellies.I like to jump off things into water. I love pushing myself in anything I do besides practing yoga. The ocean is so powerful and its amazing to sit by at sunrise and sunset. Wine is great. Food is better. I LOVE TO COOK! I love to travel just as much! Patagonia Video: Dean Potter Free-Solos Heaven (overhanging crack) in Yosemite



In August 2005, Patagonia climbing ambassador Dean Potter free-soloed Heaven (5.12d/13a), a 40-foot overhanging crack that starts over 2,500 feet above the Yosemite Valley floor. Heaven was first freed by Ron Kauk in the mid-90s. Other notable Potter free-solos include Separate Reality (5.11d/12a), Astroman (5.11c), and Dog's Roof (5.12b). Dean Potter is the only person to free climb Yosemite's Half Dome and El Cap in a single day. In Patagonia, he made the first ever free solo of the Supercanaleta on Fitz Roy, followed with the Compressor Route on Cerro Torre, becoming the first to solo both peaks.
