I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Well, I was sucked in here by someone, so I might as well waste more frickin' time on the internet and set up a profile. Maybe make some more geeky artsy friends while I'm at it, or at least have a new way to harass the ones I have already! Muuahahaha...I'm an advertising, editorial, and fine art photographer. I live in Northeastern Oregon close to activities I enjoy, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking, snowboarding, and hanging out with my beautiful 10 year old daughter Mia. Before moving back here I was in Seattle, and before that Santa Barbara, CA. I travel on photography work; advertising, magazine, or sometimes just personal assignment. I mainly travel around the Northwest, but sometimes other areas of the Country, and occasionally overseas. Although I love the outdoors, I also enjoy the city nightlife, dancing, coffee shops, bookstores, & various freaky things that only happen in American Metropolis. (Like I was in Portland one Christmas and went to this coffee shop with some friends, and there were people there hanging from the ceiling by hooks through their skin! I swear it wasn't some S&M club, just an "artsy" coffee shop. Hmmmm. Not really my thing, but ya gotta love it right? I mean you don't find that next to Aunty Em's place in rural America!) So it's nice to be able to get back to the city once in awhile and experience some "culture" so to speak. But I think I'd rather live in the country and travel to the city, than vise-versa. Anyway, I'm just here for friends, other artists, photo-geeks, and mountain freaks like myself to talk shop with. For me, sharing ideas and communication with other people helps inspire me and keeps me from getting stale. Plus it's always good to bounce creative ideas off other people. It helps keep your work understandable...if that makes sense Get Your Own! | View Slideshow Get Your Own! | View Slideshow
