Hello, How are you? My name is Jeff and I live in Chicago, Ill. I moved here in 1991 to launch an acting career and got sucked into something called House Music. I started a label in 1993 called Large. We have been going strong since then-putting out some of the most soulful music you have ever heard. I am a veteran house DJ as well and have spun in clubs all around the world, but I prefer to just play in Chicago now. Come out and hear me play sometime!
I love so many things in life but here is a partial list in no particular order: wine, music, scuba diving, great films, unpretentious restaurants, sunsets, laughter, cats, kids, cigars, talk radio, airplanes, intellectual conversations, Krispy Creme Doughnuts, clean toilets, cologne, perfume, fresh breath, Baseball, The book of Romans, sharing a meal, iced tea with lemon, clean socks, brown eyes, Puma Gear, Steely Dan, the smell of the ocean, moon-lit nights with a temp of about 72 degrees, women who carry themselves with class, men who act with honor, driving around with the windows down, Rane 2016 mixer, 16 inch softball, the smell of gasoline and glue, apple pie served warm with ice cream, eating pizza on the beach at sunrise, dive bars, watching Cubs games with Ben Marla and Kevin, grilling out on a late august evening, star gazing, sitting in a mall and watching people, BBQ ribs, french fries, finding money in the pockets of a pair of dirty jeans, playing catch, beer at wrigley field, BYOB joints, non-fiction books, going to the batting cages, watching Chicago come back to life every May, big-city skylines, little-city diners, Halloween costumes, Huevos con Chorizo, day-dreaming, iTunes, Subaru All Wheel Drive, Mojitos made the real way, Manhattans with real cherries, burning quality incense, a fresh pack of batteries, delivering pizzas, Cozumel Mexico, Gourmet Cheeseburgers, Homies action figures, making people laugh, getting in accidents in luxury limos only to walk away unscathed, Monday nights half price bottle nights at Le Bouchon, lighting my hand on fire with Bacardi 151 on a dare, maxwell street polish and front row seats to a speeding lunatic, being an encouragement, finding the diamond in the rough, knowing God, a cool October breeze, keeping the kitchen clean, road trips through the midwest, Maxwell street polish at 6 am....etc. etc. etc.
