My Interests

Making crafty things - strangely shaped animals, felt jewellery, cushions with dinosaurs on them, useless but attractive bits and bobs in general.sleeping, kissing, brightly coloured satin, interesting faces, roundabouts, candyfloss, the 50s, the 40s, the 30s and the 20s, the 18th century (and so on),, maluable bellies which you can poke and play with, people who are passionate about something, films with subtitles, spotty underwear, taking pictures, scribbling and colouring in, reading, rollerskates, humming, my super band 'Kren and the Donkey', my lovely dog Lyra and my guinea pig Ruby who seems to have discovered the holy grail or something .

you and me and everyone we knowroyal tenenbaums, the princess bride, drop dead fred, pretty in pink, party monster, the big lebowski. christmas films. old films with interesting ways of creating special effects. films with costume ideas you can steal...

Television:

neighbours home and away and hollyoaks all in a row which i almost think of as one long programme and consider to be a type of personal religious experience and i am NOT ashamed.period dramas
Gormenghast spaced, nathan barley, black books, big train, jam, alan partridge, scrubs, futurama, family guy, yknow... the original batman

programmes that act as a bonding experience for groups of girls like sex in the city, pride and prejudice and the before mentioned soap operas
programmes about real life with really thick people on that you can laugh at.and we need not go into olden days cartoons because everyone likes those.

Books:

The Moomins books. A tale of Unfortunate events by Lemony Snicket slaughterhouse 5 by kurt vonnegut, wuthering heights by emily bronte, his dark materials by philip pullman, life of pi by yann martel, the never ending story by michael ende

Heroes:
