About Me

life is a tale, told by an idiot (me) full of sound and fury, but signifying nothing ............................................................ .....................................well i'm basicly a nice guy, (does that make me one of life's losers??) i'm being very dull and borring at the moment just drifting along like a the flostsom and jetsom on the Gulf stream waiting for something or some one to get my fire going. i'm 45 years young, still as stupid as when i was 19, though i no longer drink. i'm divorced, i have 3 wonderfull children, who i love more than words can say. i'm known as mad martin, i've had many jobs mostly destroying the enviroment, i worked on local hill farms through most of my teens, iv'e done some teaching, done some life guarding, which was the most borring job in the world.i worked for the u.s. army in the eighty's, i have been celebet since sept' 03(can't believe i'm putting that in) but, i'm quite happy with it now. i'm very tolerant, calm, easy going, nice to meet you whoever you are.......

reading, swimming, hiking, this internet thingy. very much a nerd. i ocasionaly write poetry

dinosaur rock, eva cassidy, katie mellua, dido, elton john, enya, the carpenters, u2, the beatles, dire staights, t rex, abba, enigma, most 60's music, just started listening to buddhist chants(great for meditation)

well i have 300 DVD's in my collection here are a few, kill bill, moulin rouge, ground hog day, armagedon, all the carry on films, romeo and juliet, shrek, all the pink panther films, star wars, titanic, strictly ballroom, scoobydoo, notting hill, pleasantville, love actualy,last samurai, leon, roxanne, L A story, paint your wagon, the mummy, gremlins, THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW, the craft, braveheart, bill and ted, men in black, the twilight samurai, kind hearts and corronets, the titfield thunder bolt, almost anything realy

Television:

wildlife stuff, documentarys, comedy, news, QI, malcome in the middle, star gate, enterprise, andromeda, family guy, american dad, takeshi's castle, buffy the vampire slayer, dicovery channel, two and a half men, mostly watch dvd's

Books:

harry potter, yeh i know but then i'm a nerd. the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy, well all douglas adams books, stainless steel rat, every thing by tom sharp, the diaries of Adrian Mole, will read almost anything, prefer sience fiction.

Heroes:

new job

finaly after many months of unemployment i have a new job, at the age of 45 i am a newspaper delivery boy (go on have a good giggle ). but the hours are good and it pays 10 an hour...
