The sunshine, chilling out with mates and listening to some live music! Spending time with family and friends - preferably in the sun..... Reading a good love story with a big bar of chocolate and bag of chips.. Taking holidays to wierd and wonderful places - favourite so far being Goa! Yoga is my all time favourite way to release tension and have some me time twice a week - then its hitting the dance floor and throwing some shapes (or trying too). Love cooking and eating great food which I must say I do alot of which means more yoga and gym!
