Impulze

Impulze, Gudni Einarsson (22 years old) is one of the most talented DJ & producer from Reykjavik, Iceland. In spite of young age Impulze has been DJ'ing over 8 years or since he was 14 years old and has played with some of the most recognized DJ's in the scene like DEADMOU5 and ADAM FREELAND. Back in 2007 Impulze started to organize monthly club nights called 'Hugsandi danstónlist' translated as "Reflective Dancemusic" with his old friend Egner. The most notorious DJ's and producers of Iceland showed off their talent on those nights, namely Biggi Veira (GUS GUS - Kompakt), Sean Danke (Pollux Records) and Oculus (Communique, Farbenfroh). Those nights went big and Impulze became an important link the techno scene in Iceland. Some may say he set the standard fairly high. In 2008 Impulze went to Amsterdam to study audio engineering at the SAE Institute and graduated with a diploma a year later. Today Impulze is hosting the biggest techno radio show in Iceland, www.Techno.is, with his DJ brother and techno legend EXOS (www.myspace.com/digitalhustler) His aims are high for the future dance and club scene in the small but renounced Reykjavik and even further abroad.
