About Me

I've been married for two years now, going on a lifetime. I met my husband in high school, but we're not high school sweethearts. Those who know me know exactly what the story is. ; ) We have a two little girls, Ashlyn Rose, who is two, and Sarah Grace, who just turned six months old and didn't warn us that she was going to grow up even faster than her sister. I'm a stay at home mother, because I hate daycares, and I also go to school part-time.

My Interests

Scrapbooking, reading, watching movies, working out, and blogging. I also had two kids in less than two years, so I'm a fatty now. And here's what I'm trying to do.

Music:

I like all kinds of music. My favorite genres are country and rock. Shane and Shane are awesome.

Movies:

Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail, Phantom of the Opera, The 40 Year Old Virgin, The Longest Yard, Waiting, Memoirs of a Geisha, Hoodwinked, The Pirates of the Carribean movies, Click, Office Space...I'm sure there are many more.

Television:

Friends, Reba, Hell's Kitchen, The Girls Next Door, Family Guy, CSI, and Gilmore Girls - I am so sad that they ended the show. But I own all the seasons! Is that something I should be bragging about in public? : )

Books:

Anything by Dean Koontz, The Left Behind series, anything by Neil Gaiman, The Dark Tower Series by Stephen King, Memoirs of a Geisha, and White Oleander. And, of course, the Harry Potter series. In which Harry lives! So there, all you people who wanted him to die! Pfth! Amy Alexander --
