So many people today separate music into
good

bad,
what they view as popular and not popular. The truth is,
music is music,
it is what it is; an expression of
feelings, thoughts and emotions.
For me, music has become an escape leading toward a dream,
a goal.
To create and construct that perfect riff, that one hook that can
unite all people
in a smile for just one second. Maybe then
they’ll understand.

I'm not simple, whatever that means. I'm pretty inbetween. I could be nice, I could be mean, I could do ya dirty, or I could do you clean (sorry, i break into random song lyrics...live with it) Music obviously means a lot to me. I sing in the band Man Down and in my shower, of course. There is good in everyone, no matter how hard they might try and hide it. I'm happy alone and I'm happy with people. I don't put on a front. I won't change for people, but i often change things about me for myself...and that change can be in an instant if I feel the need to. Once my mind is made up, it's hard to change it. I love life, I love people, I love art. I love warm weather and swimming. I like paper airplanes. I also think cardboard cut outs of celebrities are rad. That sums up the public persona...the private me? Well, that's private...
