I'm the type of person who accidentally ends up at the right place, just in time. Maybe I was born lucky or perhaps fate smiles upon me. Who knows why anyone is blessed with the gift of fortunate happenstance?! But, I will also admit to consistently striving to turn every negative circumstance into positive results. Life is too short to live any other way.

My Interests

Family, friends, literature, writing, music, culture, volunteerism, museums, road trips, movies, baseball, football, politics, coffee, and ice cream. Of course, I can't forsake my dog, Isaak. He's the size of a pony and still insists upon sitting on my lap.

I'd like to meet:

I like to meet people from all walks of life and usually do so before the end of my day. Isn't it strange what a small world it is? Most people are interesting or great in their own sphere and the rest should settle down around the South Pole area.

Music:

I really don't like making music lists b/c they end UP w/o rhyme or reason. It seems a lot easier to say that I appreciate music like art~ if it strikes a memory chord or elicits a non-verbal cognitive association... I'll dig it.

Television:

My favorite reruns: M*A*S*H, Seinfeld, Hogan's Heros, The Golden Girls, Will & Grace, Home Improvement, Drew Carey and Who's Line is it Anyway? Though, I haven't watched television on a regular basis for years except for the morning news, Boston Legal, Crossing Jordan, and Miami CSI...Denny Crane for President 2008!

Books:

I am a bibliophile. Last count is 650+ which includes collectibles and personal favorites...inquire about if you wish. ;)
