Well incase you hadnt guessed - I am a DJ. At the moment, I hold residencies for a brand spanking new funky house club in Colchester - SkyRooms and also for Ice Cream and Devine, which are nights held all over Essex. Unfortunately I can't spend the summer abroad this year. Last year I got to play in Ayia Napa for the season, it was so much fun to just do what I wanted 7 days a week and I got to meet and DJ with some fantastic people, and some of my heros too. It was a great experience and although I dont regret one second of spending the summer away, I wouldnt go back to Ayia Napa. Its a dive at the end of the day and I would definately rather go to Ibiza next time - It rocks! Anyone thinking of playing abroad...GO TO IBIZA!! Its so much classier & sexier and there is a lot more to choose from clubwise. (Shame I only worked this out at the end of the season)!! BUT....I am happy to be back home, djing in Essex and London. For those of you that are sitting there thinking Im a part-timer, I actually have a day job too! I work as a recruitment consultant in the city (London) and I love it, BUT the travelling was killing me (in my old age of 22)! So I have moved to London to be closer to all the action!
