About Me

Black History month is most commonly associated with the remeberance of all the great accomplishments of African Americans throught the decades, but one accomplishment is often overlooked... SURVIVIAL. God's covering has carried the African American man from days of freedom in our native lands,through slavery and oppresion,and now into modern life as we so know it. But what exactly is it that we know? We fear dredging up the history of horrible days past and choose only to bask in our "progress". My challenge to all is not to forget that past. Not to surpress those images and deny those occurences that proved to be the driving forces of those that preceded us. Had they not witnessed (and been) the "strange fruit" this song references, there would never be a Black History Month to celebrate. The following is in rememberance of them....

OK, now a little about me.... I am a twenty-five year old, ambitious young woman. I have finally begun to realize my power through Christ and I am loving it! I am still waiting on God to send me "the One" and have been searching myself to make sure I am prepared for him. But I have decided that in the meantime I must weed out anyone that isnt conducive to the end result. In short, if you aren't trying to get to the same level as I am in Christ and overall success, then K.I.M (Keep It Moving)

I have a Bachelor of Business degree in Entreprenuership and Strategic Management and am looking forward to going back to school for my Masters degree soon. I have recently decided to start working towards a major business endeavor that will not only add to the DFW entertainment market, but also allow me the professional freedom I seek.
I am not married and have no children, but I enjoy life and experiencing all it has to offer!

If you have thought about accepting Christ as your Savior, but dont know what to do, you will be surprised to know its as simple as saying a few words. The Bible says if you will basically just repeat these words and MEAN 'EM, you are now guaranteed a seat!!
