Darryl Parks ObituaryPARKS, Darryl Lamont age 56, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Good Samaritan Hospital. A native Daytonian, he graduated from Roosevelt High School and attended Alabama A&M University. He was preceded in death by one brother, James M. Matlock. He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Saprena (Timothy) Riley & Yolanda (Paul) Brown; three sons, Dante, Delven & Darryl Parks; 12 beloved grandchildren; grandmother, Naomi S. Clark; parents, June & Ludie Parks; five brothers, Jeffrey (Darlene), Ludie, Jr., Marshall (Merna), Wendell Parks, & Michael (Sandra) Nabors; three sisters, Yvonne Marshall, Michele Parks, & Beverly (Nathaniel) Wortham; a dear, longtime friend, Dorothy Ogletree; also a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends. Darryl was dearly loved by all and his passing leaves a big void in our family circle. Funeral Service, 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Ethan Temple Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4519 Oakridge Dr. Interment: Greencastle Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church. Ceremonies entrusted to McLIN FUNERAL CHAPEL/NORTHERN HILLS, 2801 N. Gettysburg Ave. Expressions of sympathy maybe sent to the family at [email protected]. In Rememberence of Charles Emrus Redd 4-12-1976~~2-26-2005..He was abducted from 8 balls n wing a popular spot,(Feb 05)in Dayton,Ohio. He was either thrown or jumped out of the moving vehicle. He died a week later from head trama at Goodsamaritan Hospital. He will always be loved and never forgotten!!!!!!!
