Hello and Welcome to Mel’s World, I’m Mellie Mel.I am a pretty simple person and I lead a pretty simple life. However, with work, studying, classes, running and good friends, there never is a dull moment in my life.I have lived in the suburbs of Los Angeles my whole life but I can also say that I have been culturally enriched through my many travels. Whenever I travel for a lengthy period of time, for me there is nothing more true than the saying, “home is where the heart is†and no matter where I go, I always come to terms and realize that… I love Los Angeles and the Westside. There is nothing I love more than discovering LA and finding GREAT restaurants and places to go, albeit from time to time, the traffic sometimes bites.During my college career, I have studied at University of California at Los Angeles, The University of Cambridge in England and was granted my bachelors at the University of Redlands. In college, I have made some amazing friends and there is nothing I cherish more in life than my family, running, friends and country music.Currently I work at an investment bank in Century City, they keep the lights on and the party going. I love Starbucks and single malt scotch. One day I aspire to go to graduate school, but in the mean time, I am enjoying life, living it to the fullest and discovering how lucky I am one day at a time searching for my rodeo clown.
