His love for music took a big and important change of direction in 1999 and really took off in the year 2000 with his debut as a club promoter. It all started as a bit of fun to celebrate his 18th Birthday in August 2000 merging some of the biggest names on the UK Garage and music scene with a lot of up and coming and progressive artists.The debut event was named “SET IT OFF†© at the Capital Club, Central London with a double meaning firstly to set it off as the name suggests by gathering positive energy, fun and vibes and make any venue and dance explode with the carefully hand picked dj’s/mc’s on show and the second reason being the name of a film close to his heart with a branding in aid of distinguishing the event on show.Anthony’s dream playing football was put on hold due to injuries so he endeavoured to do something positive for his talented up and coming DJ/MC/artist friends that were not properly promoted or showcased and help kick down doors and push them forward to the next level.Friends like (Natural Selection Crew) Cloudy, Sinista, Gary.G, Rimie Lee, Excallibur, Cynikal, Kofee, Rema D, Chris-C-G, Versa, Ultra, Swarvo, Dilema, Spin-E-B, Donae’o, Playboy, Kinoe, Leisure, (Heaviness Squad) Wicked Y, Devastaor, Knowledge, Yardsta, Knuckles, Lite, Kristal K, Creeper, Shaune D A.K.A Stuntman (R.I.P), (Milkymans) Nikkie S, Nyke, Pelle, Stepper D who have lost love for the game, or kept persevering with their dreams. Anthony gave them an opportunity to widen their audience, and more exposure and promotion.Other event’s include “FEMALE SKANKERâ€, “BUSHBASH†“REVELUTIONâ€, “NAUGHTY BUT NICEâ€, “SIZZURP†“TRU DESTINY†at Venues such as VIP-Harrow, Time-Harrow, Corks-Central London, Zest-Ipswich, Hammersmith Palais-West London, Circus Tavern – Purfleet, Essex, Club Zinc - Southend, Lava & Ignite – Hemel Hempstead, Jumpin Jaks-Dunstable, Escape-Amsterdam, Holland.Last summer he spent five weeks in Ayia Napa, Cyprus managing a night named “FEMALE SKANKER OF AYIA NAPA†© at Abyss on behalf of good friend Bushkin (HLC) and that was arguably the biggest event on the island with positive energy and vibes second to none.Anthony has worked with a lot of artist in the garage scene notably the Heartless Crew, Sparks & Kie, Martin Larner, Kofi B, Preshus, So Solid Crew, Masterstepz, Sharkey P, PSG, Rankin, Gemma Fox, Regal Players to name a few.Watch this space, big plans for 2007 and with God on his side sky is the limit!
