I love writing: poems, short stories, plays etc. I;m rubbish at finishing anything though! I like reading novels and philosophy. I learn Italian, currently doing my AS level - oh yes! I love doing and witnessing impressions of inanimate objects. I like think about people who live a rich inner life full of dark fantasy and just say things like 'what's for dinner dear'. Cooking and eating, trying new things. Really good cocktails. Singing 'I know him so well' with my housemate suze. Singstar with Josie.

I like: Billy Bragg, the beach boys, regina spektor, weezer, gillian welch, jim white, john denver, jonathan richmond, the killers, the kooks, whiskey town, janes addiction, jesus and mary chain, cass eliott, the capenters, the smiths, ella fitzgerald, nina simone, loads of stuff.
I love going to the cinema! Breaking the waves, Secretary, O brother, where are you?, raising arizona, little miss sunshine, innocence, le notti di caberia, manhatten, matchpoint (I don't care what everybody else thinks), indiana jones, japanese horrors: the ring, audition, suicide club, anything with philip seymour hoffman - happiness, capote, moulin rouge, mary poppins, my fair lady, the eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, loads of other things too I think.
The League of Gentleman - I still miss it, anything by Derren Brown, Spaced, Ugly Betty (it's getting so fabulously ridiculous!), America's Next Top Model, The Apprentice, This Life (I miss that too), Project Catwalk, QI - it always seems so short, futurama.
The great gatsby, tess of the derbavilles, brideshead revisited, plato's phaedo and symposium, malory towers (I've read them about 7 times each), philip larkin, charles bukowski 'my beer drunk soul is sadder than 100 dead christmas trees', heart of darkness, a tale of two cities.
