Well I like all the usual kind of stuff, going to the pictures, makin' things and going out with friends and having a good time. Love my drink, love my fags and love my friends *HUGS* :)
Is it safe to meet people through the t'internet??? Sounds risky to me although saying that it has brought me a huge amount of luck. I'll meet anyone as long as they aren't planning on selling my organs for research, or lookin to marry me off to a crazy woman from Bangor :)
I'm into all kind of music, all decades 60's through to the present day. I like to chill out with some Nina Simone, enjoy some R&B with new UK artists like Estelle. I also enjoy trance/techno/Jazz/Rap/Hip-Hop to name but a few.
Loving Pop Levi at the momentBecause good hair is SO important :)And so are shoes :DAlso don't forget that #I've found a place where we can boogie!#You Spin Me RoundI'd love to meet Nelly and Timberlake, I love this song she looks like an angel in it:)He has me mesmerised, I think I'm in love :oOWell I suppose I'll just list my most recent and favourite films in no particular order of preference. Brokeback Mountain: I cried almost all of the way through that film, the scenery and the shots in that were just fantastic and Jake is absolutely GORGEOUS!
The Machinist: Completely bizarre but it's got Christian Bale in it, he lost a ridiculous amount of weight for the film. So much weight that he had to have a doctor present whilst filming, if you see any film it has to be this one.
Bedazzled: The original 1967 film with Dudley Moore and Peter Cooke as the devil, EXTREMELY funny but then everything that they were involved in was bound to make anyone laugh :)Another list for you which only scratches the surface. Star Trek: All of the various incarnations and movies, I am mad on it.
Stargate/Stargate Atlantis: Really enjoying both of these series still, even though Stargate is halfway through it's 10th series!
Will & Grace: Which is currently in it's 8th and last series and has now finished (Well I've watched all of series 8 anyway). I think it's probably a good idea that NBC have decided to cancel it, the jokes were starting to become stale. It's definitely best for it to go out still on top form.Shameless: An EXCELLENT British show, kind of a mix between a Documentary/Comedy/Drama/AA meeting & Porn lol Fantastic I love it and they know how to throw a party! hehe ScattaI enjoy many other shows but there are far too many to name on here :)
I seem to have lost the reading bug, the last books that I read were autobiographies. One was Robbie Williams (Feel)
The other one was Melanie Brown's Autobiography (Catch A Fire).
I think this is something that I urgently need to get back into, must find the time to read something decent.N.B. If you have got this far through my rambling then well done, you get 10 gold stars :)
I have finished reading the Graham Norton Autobiography (So Me) and I thought it was fantastic. In some places the experiences that he went through as a young man hit really close to home and I felt I could relate to some of the things he went through.
I have also just finished reading Jade Goodies autobiography for work and I absolutely hated it, I had to force myself to carry on reading it for a book review for work. Not recommended *thumbs down*
All I can really think of saying is:
#Doo doo doo doooo Doo doo doo doooo Doo doo doo doooo Aaahhh Aaahhh
Where have all the good men gone And where are all the gods? Where’s the street-wise Hercules To fight the rising odds?
Isn’t there a white knight upon a fiery steed? Late at night I toss and I turn and I dream of what I need
I need a hero I'm holding out for at hero 'till the end of the night He's gotta be strong And he's gotta be fast And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero I’m holding out for a hero 'till the morning light He’s gotta be sure And it’s gotta be soon And he’s gotta be larger than life Larger than life
Doo doo doo doooo Doo doo doo doooo Doo doo doo doooo Aaahhh Aaahhh
Somewhere after midnight In my wildest fantasy Somewhere just beyond my reach There’s someone reaching back for me
Racing on the thunder and rising with the heat It’s gonna take a superman to sweep me off my feet
I need a hero I'm holding out for a hero 'till the end of the night He's gotta be strong And he's gotta be fast And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero I’m holding out for a hero 'till the morning light He’s gotta be sure And it’s gotta be soon And he’s gotta be larger than life
I need a hero I'm holding out for at hero 'till the the end of the night
Up where the mountains meet the heavens above Out where the lightning strikes the sea I could swear there is someone somewhere Watching me
Through the wind and the chill and the rain And the storm and the flood I can feel his approach Like a fire in my blood
I need a hero I'm holding out for a hero 'till the end of the night He’s gotta be strong And he's gotta be fast And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero I'm holding out for a hero 'till the morning light He's gotta be sure And it's gotta be soon And he's gotta be larger than life
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'till the end of the night
He's gotta be strong
And he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'till the morning light
He's gotta be sure
And he's gotta be soon
And he's gotta be larger than life
I need a hero I'm holding out for a hero 'till the end of the night#
Bless the hair and the whole look, back combed to within an inch of it's life and so much hairspray caked on it may never move ever again lol. Not one of my heroes but I like the song :D
