Updated 28th de Agosto:I'm currently training to run in the Houston Chevron Marathon on January 14th. This will be my first marathon so I am extremely excited! It's more of a personal endeavor for me to finish the marathon, and as an extra motive, I'm dedicating this run for my recently deceased grandfather, Federico Micu, Sr.I've recently developed a REAL passion to run, sometimes it's a little borderline obsessive. My wife, Lisa, and I agreed to a New Year's resolution to become healthy, live life, and run. We've both kept true to our promise... I've just exagerrated a bit!If you are interested in the marathon events, you can visit the website at www.chevronhoustonmarathon.com. There are races for all: a kid's run, 5k (3.06 mi), half- marathon (13 mi), and the big race (26.2mi). I'm looking forward to seeing familiar faces out there!!!

Shi* I'm getting old... Big fan of Dave Matthews, Incubus, Coldplay: Deathcab for Cutie, The Postal Service, Radiohead, Sublime, people who play real instruments, Rappers who've made significant contributions to Hip-Hop culture and those who have made it the wide-spread genre that it is today, Reggae, Country, sh*t, even some old school Beethoven or Bach... anything that makes a statement and that can be heard!!!

Movies:

All of the recent stupid-don't-have-a-real-point-movies that have hit the silver screen, ie: Wedding Crashers, 40 Year-Old Virgin, Waiting, Old School, Zoolander, Napoleon Dynamite...

Most Ben Stiller movies, most Adam Sandler Movies (See 50 First Dates) Dave Chapelle Show Seasons 1 & 2 ("Darkness is spreading, everyone!!!) Carlos Mencia is f*cking hilarious!!!, and props to Bernie Mac, too.

Television:

Sports Center, All friggin' day, Fox SW Sports report, "Quite Frankly" w/ Stephen A. Smith, Grey's Anatomy, any professional Houston sports teams (even if we are in a slump!), Chapelle Show ...and I'm such a conformist for this, but a lot of BS reality tv shows. UFC's the Ultimate Fighter, Real World, ect...

Books:

Harry Potter, most of the Books featured on Reading Rainbow, anything with a lot of pictures... ie- Coloring with Dora the Explorer! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!Update: Seriously, people, just by reading the first few pages, I have been sucked into "The DaVinci Code," awesome novel!!! "Angels and Demons" is a great one to get into, too.

Heroes:

First and foremost, my late grandfather, Federico Micu. You're an inspiration to us all!!!!Captain Mark from PBS' own, "Secret City." The Black Power Ranger. Snarf.
