Hey look at me, I am updating my page for the first time. Life is pretty damn good all things considered at the moment. I am home on R&R soaking up as much time with wife, Becca and 2 and a half year old daughter,Gwynnie as possible. Gwynnie has changed so much in the 8 months Ive been gone! At the rate she is going she will be driving by the time I am done with this deployment! My latest thing has been a complete change in my diet, and hitting the gym hard. I have gained 25 lean lbs since January, and my next goal is 200lbs at 10% or less body fat (13lbs and 2% body fat to go). Not too shabby for a guy who weighed a whopping 130lbs at 18 years old.
