Messalie has been singing for many years now, has worked with several bands: - D.Roots (live and digital reggae) - Namaste (reggae band with four female vocalists) - KGB (4 pieces soul/jungle band) with whom they've done quite a lot of concerts, used to performing on stage loves it!She has also been working in recording studios, does her own backing vocals, writes her own lyrics and melodies.. Sings on RnB, Soul, Hip Hop, Dancehall and Reggae tracks in English and French. Also used to be a choir conductor, loves harmonies and composing vocal arrangements... Now works on some hip hop/RnB tracks in Paris with producer Marco Van Bastos from l'Invisible Crew (80). TRACKS RELEASED: One single out with D.Roots Records : "Power of Music" and in a few weeks time the next one "Show Love" each one with Murray Man on the other side. "Pretending", a militant anti-Bush reggae tune out on a riddim track by UK reggae artist, percussionist and producer Jonah Dan (INNER SANCTUARY RECORDS) , the next one "Struggling" COMING OUT SOON and four other on the way !! "Sarkholanta" released on the "SARKO FI DEAD" (CS SOUND PRODS) french compilation against the right wing political leader Nicolas Sarkozy... SARKO FI DEAD!!!!!
