Sizer started mixing Garage and Old School back in the day when banging tracks like Burnin and Hot Peppers Revenge were smashing up the scene. Sizer was surrounded by musical talent from a very young age and has grown up to see many good pals make it big in the game. At the age of 16, Sizer began to steer towards the production side of things, and got a copy of Fruity Loops. Sizer, Ova Dose Dyer, Kayne and others would sit down of an evening making beats sippin a drink. This is how the Aftershock Crew first formed. They would dream of playing out on big sounds, raves and bringing production techniques to a professional level.
Sizer's pal Kayne got a copy of We R E - the famous Lennie D Ice track that was a storm in the early 90's and from then on they started banging out Drum n Bass on a regs with the likes of Ova Dose and Rob Dyson. Tunes such as Dark Soldier and Renegade Terrorist were some of the 1st DnB tracks Sizer got in his collection, they were grimey and more importantly had big drums and big BASS.
In 2004, Sizer began to play out at events such as Dungeons on Lea Bridge Rd, 491 in Leytonstone and various squat parties in and around London Town.
At present Sizer is playing fortnightly events at 291 in Hackney Wick and plays out at various other shows most weekends. Sizer is part of OCS (Outcry Syndicate Sounds) and DEFT Records, a team of very talented individuals. With members such as, Mr. Bones (Old school Jungle/DnB veteran), DJ Napalm, DJ Scorch, DJ Filthy, Del and MC Whitey.
