Graduated in 1994 from Sandy Valley High School. Enrolled in Canton City School of Nursing, graduating in 1996 with my practical nurse liscense. Passing the state board test, I started on a rehab unit in Mercy Medical Center in Canton. After my parents bought my brother and I a computer for Christmas in 96, the online life began. One night eating scalloped potatoes and drinking mountain dew, I met then, my wife now, Danielle in a chat room. To top it all of, her last name was "Poore" and my last name is "Ritch". It is exactly 1,000 miles from my parents doorstep to Danielles parents doorsteps. We officially met in person after her parents brought her to Ohio to meet me on April 4th, 1997. We then rented an apartment in Ohio until May 1999. We then moved down to Arkansas to be closer to Danielle's family. I got a job as nurse at one of the local hospitals in town, sadly leaving after 6 mos. I then accepted a nursing position at another hospital in town, and was employed until April 2003. I then started at a long term acute care facility located within one of the hospitals in town, and after a 3 year stent with them, I am now the "Clinical Liasion". My wife works at the University of Arkansas Ft Smith. 7 years to the day of our first encounter in person, we wed in Eureka Springs, AR at Thorncrown Chapel. We then became parents on December 17th, 2004, to our son, Korbyn. 10lbs, 12oz, and a massive 2 feet long! He is now 2. We currently reside in Fort Smith, AR.
