Established from a drunkin' blurr and a passion for the custom automotive scene, StreetSourceMag.com has always been here as a source for custom enthusiests to communicate with a common love for our hobbie/way of life.
The Vision!!
Before StreetSourceMag.com came to life back in May of '99 the scene had some rough times, specially between clubs. We've been told by many of the older crowd in the industry that SSM helped bring the scene together. It is always a good feeling to know you helped an industry thrive in a time of need.
The Misconception!!
With each passing year we try and continue being the ..1 source for our way of life and our hobby on the net. In order to accomplish this we had to pinching pennies for the first 5 years of SSM's exsistance! With having easily over $100,000 of our very own hard earned dollars invested to make SSM what it is today. Even though SSM pulls in enough money now to pay the day to day operating bills it is far from making those behind the scenes live a comfortable life. We are glad to see our dedication and sacrifices were well wirth it in the end.....
