Definitely alright, definitely out of sight...

About Me

I'm an attorney at law, but screenwriter at heart. I love film and music-- my two passions. Other interests include poker, mixed martial arts, road trips, and hanging with friends.
ABOUT ME-I'm laid back. Very laid back. Too laid back. Sometimes I have to check to make sure I still have a pulse. Being this laid back is not without its price, and it comes at the expense of carelessness. I've been through six cell phones in two years. I've put cell phones in the washing machine, jumped in the pool with my cell phone in my bathing suit pocket, and drove off with my cell phone on the hood of my car. (My cell phone insurance carrier has cut me off). I've locked my keys in the car on many occassions-- most notably, while in the parking lot of Pleasure Plus Video (which of course has to be located on the corner of a very busy intersection). I've left jars of jam in my glove compartment (the reasoning for which is a story in and of itself), only to have the jar crack and my insurance papers to the glove compartment interior. (Note: This did not get me out of a ticket for failing to provide documents). I've never made a single correct judgment call in my life, and I constantly hear the Larry David theme music in my head.
"SITTING STILL" - A car skids into the driveway. A screeching stop. Door opens. Feet meet pavement. Dooe slams shut. An angry voice, cursing a yelling. The front door opens. A muffled exchange. A scuffle. A gunshot. These are the sounds that govern the actions of four kids, who have found themselves trapped in the basement of thier best friend's lover the day her deranged husband came home early.
