Like everyone else- I found myself constantly looking for my purpose. (Dahrma) Looking high and low for signs that would lead me to a place where something would make sense. After graduating from UCLA and working in the world of television production, I found that there was still a void. I started saving to buy studio equipment- a keyboard here, a drum machine there....slowly accumulating a means to try something new. The music that you are listening to is an expression of feelings that were buried deep below layers and layers of self doubt and utter confusion. Nexus102 is the first solid attempt to complete a mission. My journey through space and time has become very focused. I have realized that nothing is what it seems and that everything is triggered by thought. We exist in a field of infinite possibilities! A Nexus is a series of connected points- a hub.....102- actually expressed 10:2 is a mantra- represting 10 two letter words upon which my Darhma is built- If It Is To Be It Is Up To Me! My life is a series of connected points (Tree of Life) and the manifestation of everything around me is by my own design. The collections that are currently available are an audible diary or journal of the past few years that have finally been mixed down and ripped from my hard drive to share with the rest of the universe. The collections are mostly instrumentals, 97% beats...I figure that we all have our own thoughts bouncing around in our heads...these tracks are meant to be the sound track to your own discovery. Something that you can talk to others or yourself to. It's late night, early morning, middle of the afternoon, chill out, work out, make love and find the MOST HIGH kinda music.
