I want to live in a place where nothing is real. I was staring at the sky, just looking for a star. To pray on or wish on, or something like that. I was having a sweet fix of a daydream of a boy who's reality I knew was too hopless to be handled. I'm just floating through life. I slither while I drift away. Thoughts meander like a restless wind. Been able to get away with a lot. Too much. I know all the exceptions to the rules. No, I don't know what I'm looking for but I know that I just want to look some more. Trying to stand on my own two feet. It's blustery but the cold keeps me on my toes. I know there's nothing I can't do that can't be done. All I have to do is make believe! My whole life is based on a chess game I play with people. checkmate. Is that all you've got? I know the last page so well, I can't read the first. Close your eyes, for the end is near but the begining is here. Being honest for the first time in far too long and let me tell you I've never felt so alive. suicide is painless. I"ve felt like a rat in a cage for so long. Always curious, restless, bored, trying to figure out ways to escape. No drug could ever make me feel the way I feel now. It's hard to make the good things last. I wanna know what's it's like on the inside of love. Standing at the gates, I see the beauty above. I'm just trying to plant my seeds, attempting a new philosophy and seeing where I might bloom. Making real effort is frightening but even stupidity tries. Will I flourish into a wild flower or wilt away with the weeds?I guess we'll see!Maybe I'll be the next Johnny Appleseed.
