I instruct Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts. My approach is one of mind/body/spirit---maintaining combat efficacy without sacrificing the art. As much as love BJJ/MMA I follow Mushashi's advice... to cultivate a wide range of interest in all arts!!
