"Books To list every single book I've read, even if they were just the ones worth mentioning, would probably be impossible and definitely would be an exercise in futility. Anyone who knows me knows I have read a redonkulous number of books, almost entirely of high literary merit in the Western Canon, and I am extremely coherent in discussing literature and its connections to historical and contemporary culture. Reading is perfunctory to being educated and cultured, and anyone who would disagree is destined for a very, very pitiable existence almost without a shred of doubt. You are not an intellectual... nay you are not even "smart" if you admonish the value of reading. There is nothing I hate more than people who claim to be even remotely intelligent and then say "Reading is stupid/boring/worthless/etc." Also, please dont lie about what books you've read... everyone knows at least one person who can list off a bunch of famous book titles, having not cracked the spine of one of them. Just don't do it, its despicable and reflects badly on your moral personality." -Max
