Woe to the thinker who is not the gardener but only the soil of the plants that grow in him!~Nietzsc

About Me

My painting, After Van Dyck, Oils 11x14 My painting, "The Pink Tower," Oils Petting our Horses in Puerto Rico Above taken by Karla during a short performance at Metro. Photography by Kemp Muhl.".......Nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has come......." I am not yet- I am becoming. I spend each moment in this life expanding my knowledge and taking advantage of my place. Your character as it relates to me is the first impression I'll glean from you, and that impression will remain. I am not religious, I believe in the beauty of this reality- this world- and one's individual power to shape it. I don't waste my time here, its a short piece so I spend it well. I believe you set your own goals and shape you're own life. My life has been and will be spent in pursuit of my ideal. As Michelangelo said, "The greater danger lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark." Everything I do is a personal battle; a fight to deserve the right to hold my self as my highest value. And eventually to walk as an equal alongside the man who embodies all I've fought for. Dancing with Jeff at the 57th Fighter Group for his farewell. Below is taken by me sister Kemp during our visit to Thailand. On the steps at the Temple of Dawn. Dancing with Mark at the Atlanta Lindy Exchange 3.. Chartre, France. At a gate I found back in the woods by the gardens of Versailles near Paris Little Eden, an Imp caught out in the woods. Older Pieces from my time during Highschool and my first year of college. Cropped section of "The Last Temptation" (cropped because the woman's face I drew was beyond help.)

My Interests

Painting, Songwriting, Poetry, Reading, Skiing(water and snow), Skating(roller and ice), Ballroom Dancing, Swing dancing, spinning in circles, jumping in puddles, Violin, teaching myself to play the guitar with a very confusing book as my assistant, costume and set designing, Acting, Singing, dreaming, hiking, traveling the world, exploring new cultures and ways of thinking, searching for passionate people, training for my pilots license, eating sushi, running as fast as I can, racing the wind, bringing images in my mind to life on paper, jewelry making(beadwork not welding though I would love to learn), taking in life and asking questions, yoga, martial arts, getting into profound discussions with people over coffee or tea, spinning thoughts and dreams into premeditated lines and arranging them into multiple paragraphs which become pages which become chapters and hopefully will become a book someday. Statues of Angels. Other than that, I like sitting in the passenger seat with my feet out of the window and the radio up, no deadlines or pressing pieces to finish, simply the long road ahead and the shifting shades of green around. A picture I took in the monumental cemetery in Milan, Italy. A baby angel in Milan, I found her beautiful face intriguing. A dance scene from my favorite film, Dil Se.
