About Me

Hello there good people of the MySpace comminuty, how goes it? I am Jen, alter ego of the world renown superhero "Jen the Incredible". When I'm not out fighting crime, I work in the music industry as a music consultant for a very cool publisher. So music for films and ads for the uneducated. I have recently moved from Guildford to the big smoke (Clapham Junction more specifically) and am loving it. I have been with my boyfriend Ed for just under 2 years now and that's all going great, we're very much sickeningly in love... Other things you should know about me, I am a big old film geek with a particular fondness for horror (Frightfest is one of the highlights of my year!), I am very sarcastic, I am prone to occassional burts of crazy (both the good and bad kind) and I guess that's about all I can be bothered to share with you right now...

I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)

My Interests

Films, music, good TV (Lost, Desperate Housewives...), dancing to cheesy music, going on mini adventures.

I'd like to meet:

Gizmo ..!

Music:

The lamest of all answers... I like a bit of everything. But seriously it's true, if it's good it's good. Currently listening to Sol Seppy, Arcade Fire, Edgar Meyer, otherwise off the top of my head... Gorillaz, Editors, N.E.R.D., Emilie Simon, Muse, Zazie, Goldfrapp, R.E.M., Skunk Anansie, Alanis Morissette, Blur, Basement Jaxx, Aston Villa, Damian Rice, Incubus and Madonna.

Movies:

Now you're talkin'! Movies, movies, movies, God I love the movies, most of my time is spent on Empire .. checking out the latest movie news (you may think it' sad...well yes actually it is). I'm a massive horror fan and my faves include Last House on the Left, Scream, Nightmare on Elm Street, Ringu, Switchblade Romance, Hostel, Hatchet, The Lost and although not fully horror, the beautiful, beautiful Pan's Labyrinth. Otherwise my faves movies of all time include: Mallrats, Rules of Attraction, Annie Hall, Groundhog Day, Garden State, Jurrasic Park, Reservoir Dogs, Forrest Gump, Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain, Pedale Douce, Battle Royale, Labyrith, Jaws, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Seven and...South Park Bigger, Better, Uncut.

Television:

Guilty as charged, I am somewhat of an addict, especially when it comes to the televisual delights that our cousins across the pond have to offer. Friends, Frasier, Family Guy, Scrubs, Desperate Housewives, Sex and the City, ER, King of Queens and the new light in my life that is Lost.

Books:

Howling at the Moon by Walter Yetnikoff, ex-CEO of CBS records. The man was a legend until he turned all "good" in true Hollywood ending fashion.

Heroes:

Mmm... Mighty Mouse?..

Keep your friends close...

To dream the impossible dream... (Don't read if you like old cynical Jen better than new Jen)

For what seems like forever but has in fact only been 2 and a half weeks, I have been happier than I have been in the past 23 years. Waking up with a smile on my face which refuses to leave for the re...
