The Fragile

Working on a different project

About Me

(March 21st, 2006) The Fragile is pretty much brand new. I am the sole member of it so far, and I write all the music. I put an album out last May with my band Noisegate, but unfortunately, it got no father than to the hands of my friends. While The Fragile may sound similar in many ways to Noisegate (considering I wrote 90% of that album), it is a more mature sound, and not so garage/new wave. Right at the moment, I don't have any complete new material to put on the page, so I'm going to start by putting a song from Noisegate called "The Forgotten." This song is the closest to the sound of The Fragile as anything off that album will get. So, hopefully soon, I will have a song or two finished to put up. Until then...... (June 1st, 2007) I have been up at UCSC preparing music for a project that I am doing with my friend/bandmate Jeremiah. It is more on the psychadelic / progressive / experimental side, and it's some pretty dark stuff, but then again, that's what I'm all about. There is a chance that some of my songs will not make it to our EP and they will either be finished for a second album with the same project or will be finished and have a Fragile stamp posted on them. (April 20th, 2008) Me and Jeremiah have forgotten about the EP and have been making a full length album, with up to 8 or 9 songs. We still don't have a band name decided yet, but we've recruited our friend allen for live drums. It's looking good, hopefully....but not likely, we will have at least a rough version of the album out during the summertime. New Ideas Needed

Well, the thing is, I only have bits and pieces of music put together right now, and only one song with lyrics.  I need some ideas, some stuff to write about.  If you have any ideas, do tell...
