was founded By Arun Datta many many moons ago. The band really began to evolve when Arun came in contact with Paul Ruppel, a drummer at the time not in a project. Arun and Pauls' musical chemistry became things most of us dream of, and since then, has become history. Since then, Innerstrength has continued on a never ending quest to rid the demons of life through song, to inspire others through our music, and stay true to the name InnerStrength. Suffice it to say that Roon jamz with anyone at any time just for the sake of making any new music.INNERSTRENGTH is currently Roon and "Tim Penska" who has returned to his seat behind the drumkit! Tim knows alot of the older songs and we are working on new ones as well!. Not to mention alternate versions of INNERSTRENGTH A.D. songs. Look for new vids from our weekly practices on the frontpage. The audio isn't the greatest but its not too bad either, we will be working on that in the future. Check out some of the music, hopefully it will inspire some emotion that will keep you coming back!
