Servator wurden 1993 unter dem Namen "ENCEPHALITIS" gegründet. Kurze Umbenennung in "THE PROPHECY" im Jahr 1994, seit 1995 mit einem Besetzungswechsel als SERVATOR aktiv.
Wir hatten vorwiegend Gigs im Raum Helmstedt, Braunschweig, Magdeburg, Stade, Hamburg. Bisher waren wir nur regional aktiv und sind aufgrund unserer Jobs leider nicht so flexibel wie andere Bands. Aber wir sind jetzt seit 15 Jahren durchgehend aktiv und das will auch schon was heißen. Für Gig-Angebote außerhalb Helmstedts sind wir natürlich jederzeit offen!!
Zu den Tonträgern: Das Demo-Tape "Sinfather" von 1995 ist komplett vergriffen, unser Album "Humanity Offline" aus dem Jahr 2000 ist aber noch zum fairen Preis erhältlich! Bei Interesse einfach Kontakt aufnehmen. 2007 haben wir eine Promo-CD aufgenommen und wir freuen uns schon mächtig auf das nächste Album, das wir im Winter 2008/09 aufnehmen wollen. Die nächsten Gigs sind in Verden, Helmstedt, Hamburg und Stade geplant, jedoch noch nicht genau datiert.

SERVATOR were founded in 1993 in Helmstedt, Germany. Our first chosen names Encephalitis and The Prophecy were too boring, so we decided to be Servator in 1995. We had a demo tape out in 1995 and our first, self-produced album "Humanity Offline" in 2000. You can still buy it as a special offer - feel free to contact us!! In 2007 we recorded a 5-track promo CD and we are looking forward to create our next album, which will be Thrash pure...! The influences in our music are very wide spread. Some parts of old school Thrash or Death Metal, some modern parts and our own style to create songs.. At least we hope to have a real own note - after 15 years of playing metal and being part of this lovely family ;)
