Shot at 2007-07-12 LOS FARAONES desde los 80 en pleno auge de la llamada "movida madrileña". M.R- Ariola, se interesa por el grupo y graban un E.P. producido por Tony Luz, mítico guitarrista de grupos tan prestigiosos como "Pekenikes" o "Bulldog". La presentación tuvo lugar en la famosa sala "Rock Ola", junto a "Pistones" y "Estación Victoria". En 1995 graban en los estudios "El Dorado" de Madrid. Su titulo: "Rock 'n' Roll en la Ciudad“, en 2002 presentan un nuevo trabajo “100% FARAONES”, en 2005 se lanzan con un “Directo” con importantes colaboraciones y el apoyo de la escena del Rock & Roll nacional, manteniendo un Rock and Roll fresco, con temas propios en castellano y algunas versiones de clásicos. Después de 25 años recorriendo los escenarios, el espíritu del grupo original perdura en su música, completada además por un mayor nivel técnico. Representan la frescura del Rock & Roll y el Rockabilly español, con temas 100% bailables, aptos para todo tipo de público con sangre en las venas. Reconocida por los críticos como una de las mejores bandas del Rock & Roll y Rockabilly hispano. Juntos o por separado, han tocado y compartido escenarios con "Crazy Cavan & the Rhythm Rockers", "Sleepy la Beef", "Wanda Jackson", "Billy Lee Riley", “Los Rebeldes”, “Rey Luy”, “Matchbox” ,”Huellyn Duvall”, “The Go Getters”, “Sony Fisher”........, y participando en festivales de la talla del Mediatic Festival de Alcoy o Hayride Retro-American Festival, Concentraciones Moteras, Fiestas Privadas,Tatoo Shows, Festivales. Their tunes are 100% danceable to anyone who has blood running through their veins with a repertoire that consists of songs in Spanish (-that’s Castillian!) and Rock & Roll classic versions in English. The group was born during the 80´s decade, and developed itself as part of a cultural Spanish movement called “Movida Madrileña” (The Madrid Scene). After their first performances, the band recorded and then started to be played on the radio. Thanks to that, they were included as part of the most important national musical competition and were placed in the lead of three hundred candidates, The M.RAriola Record Company became interested in them and made a recording, produced by Tony Luz, legendary musician, guitarist and producer ( bands in the likes of: Pekenikes, Bulldog, Los Rebeldes, Loquillo.....).The exit bring them into the studio to record in 1995 “Rock n´Roll en la Ciudad” .In the year 2002 the second allbum “ 100% Faraones”, keeps alive the spirit of Rock & Roll in all the songs in Spanish and of course in English. In 2005 Los Faraones works on a new disc, this time “Live” .. After 25 years playing RnR the soul of the original band still stands in their music today, however add to this a higher technical level of musicianship. Acclaimed by the specialized press as “one of the bests bands of Rock & Roll and Rockabilly Hispano (Spanish)”.
